The software offers a wide range of features for class supervisors and administration, including the choice of grading systems, bell and class scheduling, integration with Zoom, automatic transfer of grades from the gradebook to the student's record book, automatic assignment of semester and thematic grades, the ability to create custom tests on the platform and add them to class or assignments.
The digital gradebook fully complies with the format of the standard paper gradebook approved by the Ministry of Education. Yes, PROSVITA software can be customized to meet the specific needs of your school. The class grade level network, educational classes and subgroups, bell schedule according to the changing classes, the list of subjects taught in the institution, types of assessment, grading systems (level-based, formal, 12-point scale), and restrictions on teacher functionality can all be individually configured to match the unique features and requirements of each institution.

For state-owned secondary educational institutions, the Prosvita online platform is entirely free of charge.
For private educational institutions, there is an annual subscription fee of 40,000 UAH.
With this subscription, you receive four types of access to the platform (Administrator, Teacher, Student, Parents) without any limitations on the number of users for each role, as well as access to the full functionality of the platform.

We have no additional fees or charges. We provide full transparency in pricing with no hidden fees or extra costs. Our pricing plans and packages are comprehensive and include all the features and capabilities described in each plan. Payment is made for the period of using the functionality, with no limit on the number of users within the educational institution.

Server hardware on which the databases of educational institutions are stored is physically located in Ukraine in the data centers (cloud storage) of Adamant LLC which has a certificate of compliance with the comprehensive information protection system

Prosvita platform has the Certificate of State Sanitary and Epidemiological Examination and meets the requirements of sanitary legislation and can be used by teachers, students and parents.
